I have worked with Tanner for 4 months starting from Nov-24 to Feb-25. Tanner is a very knowledgable trader and a fantastic human being. When I first contacted Tanner, I was struggling a lot with my trading as I didn't have processes setup to identify areas of improvement and I was randomly taking setups without an understanding of the nuances related to the setup. Tanner helped me in getting that clarity by guiding me to develop a very focused and structured process for performing Trade reviews and Journaling. As a result of implementing the processes shared by him, I was able to pinpoint major areas of improvement by consistent trade reviews and trade tracking that is leading to data that results in considerable insights. After working for a couple of months, I was able to control my overtrading, refine a setup to the point where I had very detailed entry criteria for a setup with a very high probability and good risk reward profile. Tanner is also quite supportive of the mistakes while being assertive of the need to follow the rules to guide your actions and its importance in a trader's development. The weekly check-ins also helped me a lot in coping up with the inevitable bad days that a developing trader encounters I am still in the process of finding my edge , but the work with Tanner greatly accelerated the process and I much closer to achieving my goals than before. Anyone who has an understanding of the methodology that they have been trying to learn but don't have systems and processes to understand their performance would benefit immensely by working with Tanner and the mentorship program.
